If anyone ignoring responding to bad reviews, than be ready for the long term effects. Some times, Silence can speak thousands of words in negative path if the review is not replied on time. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Most of the time consumers do their own research before purchasing anything online, and their first reading start with other customer feedback, If the conversion going both way with customer and company It shows trust and give additional confidence to buyer.


Whenever We face any bad Reviews, I  Use below format to reply a Negative Review:-

1.  Always Reply them with their first name

Always Start Reply any negative or positive review with your customer first name, this will create additional bonding.

For Example:- (Hello, Divya)🙍🏻‍♀️

2. Do Apologize with Kind Heart😔

Your customer is dissatisfied with your product or service and has given a negative review. It is important to apologize them online itself.

For Example:-
(Customer Satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we are disappointed to hear that you had anything less than a stellar experience with us.)

3. Take it offline👇🏻 Or over Call Instead of Long conversion online

Do not get into a quarrel over the review online. Shift it offline and try solving the issue of the client. Even if the client was rude🤬 try taking the conversation offline.

For Example:-

(Please give us a call at +1(1234567890)  if you’d like to discuss this matter further. Thank you again for your honest Reviews and we look forward to hearing from you.)🙇‍♀️
